Congratulations Dean – FCA

Congratulations to Dean (Brenda’s brother) on receiving a Fellowship of Chartered Accountants Award. Fellowship is bestowed on CAs in recognition of the service they have provided to the profession and/or the honour they have brought to the profession. The FCA designation recognizes the member’s distinction in more than one of the following categories: the work of the Institute or a similar professional association; their career; community service; and research, teaching, writing, or speaking. Members are nominated by peers and elected to Fellowship by the Institutes’s Council. Dean has been involved in Prince George in many organizations, such as the tourism and convention bureau, the youth soccer program, the business association, the community foundation grant committee, the Women in Leadership Awards, the chamber of commerce, and a special favourite of his: the railway and forestry museum. So, a big Congratulations to Dean; Prince George is a better place because of your volunteer efforts, involvement and hard work!
