Sage and Conrad – Summer Vacation 2009
This past week we had Sage and Conrad come for a Summer Vacation. We met Kevin, Tamara, Sage and Conrad in Merritt at the D.Q., Mom and Dad dropped off the kids and they headed off camping. We had lunch and that gave the two of them lots of time in the D.Q. play area. It was a very busy week and everything was geared towards fun stuff for kids. The most popular activity was the Wading Pool at Prince Charles Park. Sage could spend her entire summer playing there. She always meets lots of new friends and she loves the water. Conrad was just happy to run around the edge and play in the water jets that fill the pool. Other fun stuff included “Music in the Park” at Riverside Park and the playground area, the Wildlife Park, dinner with Great Gramma and Great Grampa, playing with the water hose filling the canoe in the backyard, watering Namma’s flowers, lunch at McDonalds and the large play area there….. Oh YA! and lots of whipped cream on anything you want to eat. Enjoy the pictures below.

George’s Carving for HRH Prince Edward – Update
Recently George and Maureen sent me some pictures taken of George working on the Loon Carving that was presented to Prince Edward Earl of Wessex. These show the carving from about 2 1/2 weeks to the finished carving! What a great job!
