Visit to Princeton
This past weekend Brenda and I made a trip to Princeton to visit the grand-kids and their parents. Tamara was off to Vernon on Friday morning to visit her friends Dave and Deb and to get some final supplies for their upcoming wedding. Kevin is currently off for two weeks from the mill due to market downtime. However he is on 24 hr call through the weekends with the volunteer fire department as a result of the extreme fire conditions in B.C. So, in addition to completing a “playhouse” project we were also there to look after the kids in case he had to attend a fire call. We got a chance to watch Sage at her final swimming lesson; she did really well at the Salamander level. Pictures below are of the grand-kids and the playhouse project. Kevin has been working on this project for a while and it was great to be able to help him out and get it to the painting stage.
